4WD vehicles with appropriate winter tires are REQUIRED to access Strawberry Park Hot Springs. 

This is not optional — it is a legal requirement PER ROUTT COUNTY.

If your vehicle does not have 4WD WITH SNOW TIRES you are not permitted to drive up the road under any circumstances.

Accessing the property is only part of the risk — Road conditions can change rapidly, and while access may appear possible, safe departure is often far more challenging.

Guests without compliant vehicles must arrange transportation with one of the licensed shuttle partners listed on our website.

These companies are equipped to safely access the Hot Springs when conditions require.

Please note:

• This policy is enforced for guest safety and legal compliance
• No exceptions will be made
• Reservations will not be honored for guests who attempt to drive up in a non-compliant vehicle and will be turned away.

If you do not have 4WD WITH SNOW TIRES, please contact a shuttle company prior to booking to ensure access for your reservation.
