Before booking your appointment, please review the following:
1. Cancellations – We require at least 72 hours’ notice to avoid being charged the full session fee.
2. No-Shows – Missed appointments are considered cancellations without notice and will be charged the full session fee.
3. Late Arrivals – Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time and be charged in full, regardless of the shortened duration.
4. Pool Admission – Facial pricing does not include pool admission. The $20 (2 hour) pool fee will be collected upon arrival (cash only).
